Unable to add any contact

For some reason I did a factory reset today. After re-installing all available Sailfish OS updates to 2.0.1.11, I activated my Exchange account. Calendar items and EMails are synchronized correctly, but Contacts database is still empty. It's not even possible to manually add contacts, or import vcf files or SIM contacts. What's going on here?
